I'd like to run all these games while recording at a decen t frame rate.
ARMA
DayZ
TF2
Minecraft(at least 60fps while recording)
Gmod
Skyrim
Modded Skyrim(No overhauls or enb's)
And a video editing software like Sony Vegas
Seeing as I am without a laptop and my iPhone is acting up here are the specs and link to the page.
P.S If this isn't a good gaming laptop and you know any other one please reccpmend one down below... Thanks!

Without recording, the ThinkPad E440 should be able to play those games on low settings with decent performance. But I've read that DayZ really has poor performance even on a powerful desktop where FPS in cities are in the 30's. Modded Skyrim? I suppose it depends on the mod, but anything like high quality texture packs would lower performance.

Not sure if you can get 60 FPS in Minecraft while recording.

To get the best results you would need to get an external capture device like the Hauppauge HD 1540 PVR Rocket. Since that device will do the recording you would not suffer any drops in frame rate, but it does cost $130.

I recommend you install another stick...
What is the laptop brand and model number?

The information on that link you provided has some conflicting and missing information. While an A8 APU is listed it does not state the model number and that can make a significant difference because in the current generation of AMD APUs there are two different series of the A8 APU; the Beema version meant for low end laptops and the Kaveri version meant for better than low end laptops. Also, the Radeon 8210 graphics core is only in AMD E1 series and A4-1250 APUs; it is a very weak graphics core even when compared to other integrated graphic cores.

It would also help if you can provide a budget.

I recommend you install another stick of 4GB of RAM because having two sticks of RAM (8GB total) allows the RAM to work at full speed instead of half speed. It can improve performance in game since the laptop is relying on the Intel HD 4600 which uses system RAM. That can improve performance by around 5% - 10% depending on the game.
