Question Is Voice Notification Possible With Android 11

Cricket / Motorola Moto G (2022) / Android 11

Just upgraded from Android 6 to Android 11 phone. A feature of my old phone that I miss is voice notification for incoming calls and text messages. I would like once again to hear "Call from Geddy Lee", or "New message from Alex Lifeson" as was the case with my older phone. Online search and the tech's at my local Cricket Store (who sold me the new phone) are of no help. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a cure?
