Well then learning Latin all these years ago with the Brothers was not such a waste after all... I'm still glad my kids did not have to through the same college as I did.

Strangely enough, despite Principia Mathematica being arguably the most important mathematical publication ever, Newton actually spent more time working on the pseudo-science of alchemy and its supposed link to the Christian Apocalypse. I recently finished reading Neal Stephenson's historical fiction series "The Baroque Cycle" which has a good deal about this (albeit it many of the details are purely fiction) and looking online a lot of the parts about Newton and his crazy theories are true.

Not sure which is harder to read - Latin, or Sir Isaac's handwriting. Regardless, it's great that they're releasing all this to the web.
