Issue of starting Lenovo IdeaPad

Many a times I try to start my Lenovo ThinkPad but the screen doesn't start. But the fan, led display key AR started plz tell me what to do

try pressing function(fn) + f2.

also; no external displays connected? if not, try connecting one and see if it outputs to this screen correctly.
