l have 4gb of memory but only 2.90 useable can l get some solution to solve my issue

That means you'll need a 64-bit operating system. I assume that you are using Windows 32-bit, which if that is the case, you'll need to buy a 64 bit version of Windows to utilize all 4GB of RAM.
