Issue with Olevia

Have an old Olevia TV, which we love, but every few minutes the HDMI indicator shows up on screen? Have not been able to figure out how to stop this. To clarify, HDMI 1 appears top of screen right, stays for about 15 seconds.

Don't know, I don't have an Olevia, but am guessing is telling you HDMI 1 wants to communicate. Do you have something hooked up to HDMI 1? Does Olievia's manual say anything about having a "Don't tell me, don't bother me" setting? "Don't want notification" "Don't show me icons."
