Sign in with the google account that was sync to the device. Or do you mean you bought it used? talk to who ever you bought it from

I am also having the exact same problem. The phone is brand new. When I inserted my sim card and started it, it asked for a pin number. Never had pin number before. Then phone was reset by cellshop and now it wants the google account that was synced with phone before, there is none as this was never done. PLEAASEEEE HELPP!!!!!!!!!!!

So it new to you, but not new. Take it back to the cell shop
