Its asking for the owners email after hard reset

I dont want to use that email so why on a hard reset its asking for anything it should be like new starting over right

A "Hard Reset" will only ask you for information for the person setting up the device. If it is asking for information other than this, it wasn't a "Hard Reset" that was done on the tablet.
