Itunes causing W10 desktop problems with right click

Anybody experienced this?

It's definitely iTunes. When I kill all apple related processes and stop apple services the problem goes away.

If I right click anything on my computer with iCloud/apple services running my desktop "crashes" and reloads repeatedly. The wallpaper remains and the computer keeps running, but all my icons and the start menu disappear and reload. The "Windows experience" app begins consuming CPU time, I guess that's what is managing the desktop environment.

Basically if I use iCloud and iTunes I can't do much else until whatever job it's doing (backup, adding/removing stuff) is done. If I right click everything begins looping until I kill all the processes.

Thoughts?
