Itunes is blinking in my windows 7

Hello guys I'm having issue with itunes. I recently installed it and everything seems fine. I login my account and went to itunes store and it started to blink. When I went to My Music it was gone but when I went back again in itunes store it blinks again. I'm searching this problem on internet but I don't see anything regarding to this problem. I'm using my laptop which is samsung np300e4a hope you guys help me

I tried reinstalling music but it says incompatible with my Acer
