You can't say "same issue" without a reference post, there are hundreds of posts in the forum section.

What exactly happens when you select your WiFi signal and put in your password? Does the TV have a spot for a network cable? Maybe can connect to that, then check for an update for the TV software and try your WiFi again.

If you can't use a wired ethernet connection to the TV you could use an external streamer or an ethernet to Wifi adapter to bypass the built in wifi.
