I've just brought a new Toshiba laptop with Windows 8.1, online. I started it up but haven't been able to use it.
I keep getting messages that say things like "Windows 8.1 Secure Boot isn't configured correctly. Build 9600." and "Windows could not be loaded."
Not a single app will open and as soon as I try to open Google my whole laptop shuts down without warning.

I've been trying to do a factory reset. But keep getting this message. "Insert Media. Some files are missing. Your Windows installation media will provide these." The laptop did not come with any external media though, and there is no option to bypass this message.
Is there another way to force a factory reset?
