I have owned mine for 2 years too. My biggest complaints: there are not enough gluten free recipes and probably more important is that I have not been able to successfully convert other bread machine recipes to the Zojirushi resulting in lots of wasted ingredients. And for gluten free this is very expensive. The company has not added recipes to their website in the time I owned my machine so I am very limited unless I just want basics. I would love to find a jalapeño corn bread like my ancient Bread Box machine has.

We’ve had ours for 2.6 years. 98% of our bread products come from it! It has paid for itself with what we save on bread and rolls. A full size loaf or a dozen 80gm rolls cost about $2.00 plus or minus a few cents depending on current cost of ingredients.
My grand kids go crazy over the white bread rolls I make with the dough from the white bread recipe. We average about 2 loaves a week. We usually mix in 1/3 whole wheat flour, it makes the perfect loaf for us.
It has been very reliable too, churning out loaf after loaf and lots of dough..
