Safe mode appear frequently how to remove it

Turning it off is easy enough but it only cuts in if one of your Apps is causing it. Try turning off one of the Apps at a time and see which one triggers Safe Mode. You can do that in Settings>More>Application Manager.

When you find the culprit, you can turn Safe Mode off by pressing and holding the Power button then select Restart.

Download the App that casued it and if it cuts in again, find a better App to do whatever that one does - badly.
