My tv can turn on but when I turn it on its a plain blue screen I dont know whats rong with it

Is it tuned into anything?
Aerial, cable, digi box, dvd, playstation?
Have you tried "scan for channels/services"
Tried changing channel?
Can you bring up menus? Do funtion messages come up on screen eg: volume up/down
Or is it just constant blue screen?

New tv? Old tv? Has it worked before?

Need more info
