Solved! java wont install

so have this problem for a long time , i was trying to install java on my pc [Windows 10] and it wont install or start the setup .
if someone can help please do

"It won't install" - this is the same as "My car does not start, please help".

- Where you've downloaded Java from? Which version? 32 of 64 bit?
- When you start installation, what happens? Any errors?

Have you tries this on another PC?

there are no error messages logs or anything only the setup file that won't start
also I was trying to install the latest java from their website and the offline setup
and I was trying the 32bit and the 64bit

try the setup with right click on the exe and run as administrator?
