Just a moment!

My Acer Spin 1 won't do anything. Am trying to use it for the first time. Have registered and entered Wi-fi settings but all I have is a blue screen with 'just a moment' and a spinning circle. It's been like this for 2 hours now. I've turned it off and on again so many times but nothing seems to help.

I would return it. No new device should give such problems.
