Solution
Hi,

First do try these tutorial video from Microsoft on how to pair bluetooth devices with your laptop.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows-10/getstarted-connect-to-bluetooth-devices

Next if these will not work is to check if the speaker is set as the default playback device.
- Right click on the speaker icon and select Playback Devices.
- If you see your Bluetooth Speaker listed, right click on it and select Set Default and save the changes.
- Test the sound again and see if it will work.

If these will not work do try these other troubleshooting steps from Microsoft.
