Just got a HP stream x360 PC and it will not connect to the WiFi

I just bought this and got it home and it will not connect to the WiFi. The networks come up and will attempt to connect but it says that the code is wrong each time I enter it. It is the correct code, but will not connect

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can do that may help.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstall the wireless network card.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the wireless network card.
- Reboot the laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- Once it restarted then, try connecting wireless again.
- If all these will not work try contacting your ISP first then verify the wireless password.
