Solved! just got a tosbia satilte

the person I got the laptop from said it won't boot. but when I turned it on it booted up
I did a reinstall of windows 7 pro but now it seems to keep rebooting after I go onto the internet.
there arew two lights that are flashing red one is power and the other might be the battery light
I know that the battery need to be replaced but the other light I have no idea.

did you check on toshiba the other light could be the hdd light .
