JVC amp and speakers help!?!

I have a JVC R-X400 AMP/Receiver.
2x JVC SP-SX20's
1x JVC SP-XC20

The Amp has 70 watt per channel, 2 channels and left/right separation (duh)
The SX20's each take 30 watts "Power Handling Capacity"
and The XC20 takes 50 watts "Power Handling Capacity"
Both are 8 ohms, and the amp says to you both 1+2 channels for 8 ohms and 1 or 2 for 4 ohms, so how do i wire this? and will this hurt my amp/break it running 30 / 50 watt speakers on a 70 watt amp?

Solved my own questions, using 4ohms on 8ohms speakers, more watt amp means less straine and it works, just a bit of background buzzing

Back ground buzzing could be a ground loop. This can happen if you cable provider has not grounded their system correctly or there is a loop between the components connected to the receiver.
