If you thought its a trouble, that's not all, ExpressVPN Chief Information Officer (apparently a former special agent) is fined just recently by 1.6 mln. for spying on Human Right activists. Edward Snowden made a post to alert ExpressVPN users as well. It's just saying one thing and doing the other.
