key pad for toshiba quit working

i cant use any of the keys on my laptop. can not even sign in to reset laptop to factory. any ideas?

On the sign-in screen for windows, in the lower left corner should be an icon. If you click on it, it should give you the option to use the on-screen keyboard to sign in. You could then possibly troubleshoot the problem after that.
