Keyboard constantly quitting until I restart my PC. Now none of the USB ports will work!

So a couple months ago I short circuited my mobo, I sent it out to Lenovo and they fixed it for me. Now its been a month since I've had it back and the keyboard keeps quitting until I do a hard restart! Now a few minutes ago, I found that my USB ports aren't working either!

It sounds like they need to take another look at that motherboard problem.
