hey guys
so recently i bought a Asus 15.6" TP500LN-CJ035H W8.1 Convertible 2-in-1.
so far its been great.... except.....

My keyboard does not work but only when booted up. i can input my password by keyboard but cant use it past that point. However i can always use the trackpad for my mouse. i have checked the keyboard drivers and have updated them using automatic update, and the only keyboard device (under keyboard in device manager) is keyboard device filter.

Also i cant open the internet when in tablet mode, but can if i open in laptop mode first.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

J
