Keyboard not functioning on any Windows PC as soon as I login

Keyboard does not function after logging in at any Windows 10 PC in any location? I have checked the filter key, reinstalled the keyboard drivers, restarted the PC, etc.... It does not matter where I go, as soon as I login then the keyboard stops working. Someone else can login to that same PC and it works fine. Someone else can remote in to the PC I am logged in to and they can type but I cannot. I felt like I was going crazy.

I forgot to say this all started on my MS Surface Pro 4. The stylus pen stopped responding. Later that night is when my PC keyboard stopped working. The next day I noticed the keybaord on my Surface Pro stopped responding. When i try to bring up the on screen keyboard it quickly goes away. I logged into my work PC thru remote connection and they keyboard will not work there and a PC at my Dad's house in a differenct city, same thing.

Try another keyboard and see if it works?I meant a external keyboard
