Keyboard on my newly purchased Acer labtopnot working properly. When I change the language setting (bottom toolbar on right between sound icon and the time/date) it seems to work for a while then defaults back to the factory setting. How to set default to ENG/US?
 
Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Click Start then go to Control Panel and select Language.
- Select ENG/US and if you have other language listed there just delete them or move them down.
- If there is no language listed just click Add a language and select ENG/US.
- Just save the changes and then test it.
