My Knology STB box is a Scientific American unit. Model Explorer4250HDC

Knology gave me some four digit codes for the box. They do not work. Are there any three digit codes. Nothing is listed in the manual for the above STB box.
Any Ideas out there????

I checked and got more codes than you can shake a stick at. Problem is my remote and TV do not seem to comprehend 4 digit codes.
