hi i lost my cd now i cant down load my photos on to my new laptop what shud i do

Go to Kodak support site and see if you can download the software that comes with your camera.

In fact you should not need any software to download files from a camera to a computer -- simply use My Computer within Windows to identify the camera as an external removable drive and drag and drop the picture files from there to (for example) Windows Desktop.
