Kotion Each pro gaming headset

I bought these Kotion headphones a few days ago and I can hear members in parties via the headset, but they can't hear me. I need help with this because I don't know whether they're faulty or just need something done on the PS4.

This isn't something someone online can just fix, but try plugging it into a PC and test the mic out. I mean, the headphone part is clearly working right, but something's up with the microphone. I'd recommend just searching for stuff online after the test. I'm sure you'll be able to find stuff much quicker than asking people on here.
