I have a KYOCERA E6910 that was from Verizon and is now on T-Mobile network. The phone seems to be working fine with the exception of a problem trying turn on Hotspot or trying to tether via Bluetooth. Each attempt results with this message " couldn't run subscription check, connect to internet and try again." I am connected to the internet when attempting to turn hotspot on. In fact I am using the KYOCERA right now composing this post!
I have gone into T-Mobile and asked them for help with phone in hand, total and complete waste of time.
Can anyone she'd some light on this or offer any suggestions and or solutions? I love the KYOCERA and really want to use it.
