Community Question: What's your best advice when shopping for a 4K TV?

lap top screen jumping from web site to jumping to bottom of page on its own!

How can i stop my computer having a mind of its own, as in it jumps from web site to web site.

Seems like your keyboard/mouse/touchpad has issues, make sure everything is clean, disable the touchpad, test things with the keyboard removed and with an external keyboard and mouse.
