Hi guys

I have a Dell Studio with integrated ATI Mobility Radeon 545v graphics card.

My port configuration is as follows:

1x VGA
1x HDMI

I want to have 3 displays:

1. Dell Laptop Display
2. LG 20" Monitor
3. Samsung 18.5" Monitor

I stupidly bought a VGA splitter and an additional monitor thinking my PC would automatically extend across three displays. Little did I know the best I could get was a duplicate on the 2 external LCDs.

SO, I want to have 3 displays. Not a duplicate of the displays. 3 individual desktops.

How do I do that with the configuration I have?

Cheers

You can add a third using one of these.

www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?bop=And&Submit=Property&N=100007683%20600083813&IsNodeId=1&PropertyCodeValue=6853%3a57528%2c6853%3a57542%2c6853%3a42877

Note they are not meant for gaming or really even video

Okay, USB to DVI converter. I guess I should've mentioned that both my LCDs only have VGA ports. No HDMI or DVI ports.

Sorry. New suggestions for the config?

Then go up a level and clock on USB to VGA instead....

Would getting an HDMI to VGA converter have the same effect?
