Laptop battery behaving strange

My dell laptop battery behaving strange I was carging and discharging quickly after 20 minutes windows turned system off due to low battery.
Then for once I restarted system pressed F1 to continue with low battery and strange thing happened window showing 0% battery battery care saying 0% battery but laptop is running fine from last 45 minutes.
plzzz anyone explain it whats happening ???

Probably you need to perform a full discharge/recharge for the battery to be recalibrated. It's not recommended to drain the battery all the way, but from time to time it's good to make a recalibration.
