laptop battery died

I forgot to plug in my lap top yesterday when I left it running all night long was dea when I woke up it charged normal Do you think there can be any damage from this happening ?

Probably not. Im sure your laptop shut itself down before it actually went completely dead. Generally when you laptop says its at 0% its actually probably more like 10%.

Of course not. Laptops are designed to have their batteries run down.
