I just received a Razer blade 2014 laptop 2nd hand from the us and its apparent that the battery has a problem. It needs the charger to turn on and when i open it, it says 100% charging in the icon tray but it the has an x over the battery icon once every now and then. its running windows 10 and after unplugging the charger it turns off instantly. Is the battery simply dead or is there a fix, sending it back to the US Razer store isn't an option and im waiting for a reply from the eBay seller about this. Does anyone know of any high capacity external laptop power banks available to remedy this situation?

Hi,

If the laptop will not stay on without the AC adapter that only means that the battery is already dead unfortunately. Just to be sure here are some simple troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a battery calibration. Please use the link below for the complete guide.
- If it will not work, uninstall/reinstall the battery driver.
- If all these will not work then your left with replacing the battery itself.

Yeah that didn't work, and i dont think replacing the battery is possible for me. Do you know of any external power banks/battery's that would work for this laptop?
