laptop battery problem

I use my laptop a lot and i tend to forgot to plug it out and my laptop battery is non removable so what should i do to manage my battery to not broke easily ?

Use the battery until its down to about 20%
Charge it up to about 80%
repeat

or learn how to change out the battery; which you probably wont need to do for two to three years.
