laptop bios can't reach for it

my dear
i want help for repair my laptop until work.
my laptop zed air
i enter to bios for boot from usb until install onther Windows not found any command for this bios change boot .
i return bios to factory settings until i can change the boot .
i restart laptop black screen only with name of company that makes laptop
i try for reach to bios. cant
do the commands for bios is deleted
i need return bios system for my laptop help me please.

So you can´t enter BIOS or can´t boot windows or can´t boot from USB?

Did you try pressing F2 multiple times at power on?

How did you create the USB windows install?
