Question Laptop Build

Hello, Looking for a site or were I can find a company that sells laptop build cases. I want to build a laptop with desktop components. My plan is to use a Mini-ITX motherboard with CPU liquid cooling and a 23" monitor. I have been searching for one but with no luck. I would think someone sells a PC tower or case one could modify and use as a all in one portable PC unit. Thank you

that's a good idea. Why don't you try on selling marketplace like eBay or Amazon.
