Laptop cannot go to window

when i press button start....laptop show on the screen to start window normaly or repair...when i choose window normaly..then it blck screen then go back to the option start window normaly or repair..how can i solve or format this laptop?

Did you try the repair option?

Usually this does not appear unless Windows thinks there is a problem.
