Laptop charger compatibility

My asus laptop charger (19V - 3.42A) doesn't work. Is a (19.5V - 3.34A) dell charger compatible to my Asus laptop? Will it be harmful to use it?

Your replacement charger should be the SAME voltage output (+19V), the SAME or HIGHER amperage output (3.42A or higher), and the SAME polarity (-)---(O---(+)
