Laptop charger issue.

Hello,

I have a Samsung RF510-S01 and my charger died last week. I ordered a replacement from TopMic and received it today. After about 30 mins of use while playing a game I noticed that the charger was almost too hot to touch so I unplugged it and let it sit for a few. Taking a look at the label they sent me a charger that has an output of 4.22 amps while my OEM charger is 4.74 amps (Their site advertises it as an output of 4.74 amps). If i continue to use this charger would it cause any problems? I use this laptop as a desktop replacement and for some gaming so it is turned on for large amounts of time with out the battery in.

call them up and get it replaced as soon as you can. a unit that hot will melt or can catch on fire.

It doesn't seem to get nearly as hot this morning and they're giving me the run around on returns. Is using a charger with a lower amp like that dangerous to my laptop?
