hey i need help, i have an HP620, i just upgraded to windows 10 but here is the problem. the laptop never charges when i plug the adapter in while its on but themoment i shut down, it starts charging and will charge it till its full. even when i restart the laptop with the adapter in, it charges well but once i unplug it, it doesnt charge again when i plug in until i shut down the laptop.
