Hello! First off I apologize if I misspell some of the words, as english is not my first language. I have a small problem in choosing one of the following laptops:
The first one features an Intel I5 4200M processor with an AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2GB GPU;
The second one has an Intel I5 4210U processor with an Nvidia GeForce 840M 2GB GPU.
Both laptops come with 4GB of RAM memory, but that's not a problem as I will upgrade eiter one to 8GB of RAm. The main problem is that the I5 4200M cpu is better than its counterpart, but the Nvidia 840M gpu is better than the AMD gpu. That's what I found out from my researches. Maybe I am wrong about the cpu comparisson or the gpu one. Any advice? Thank you in advance

Your information is absolutely perfect. So, I assume since you are concerned about graphics card and will upgrade to 8 gb RAM, you are into gaming, right ?
Now, if you are a gamer, I would suggest to go with the second one because of its better graphics card. Nearly all modern games are being optimized to put more stress on GPU rather than CPU. So, in nearly all games, you will get better frame rate in the second one than the first one.
Here is a comparison to help you with both the GPUs in combination with a variety of CPUs

and the AMD Radeon HD 8750M http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-8750M.87147.0.html
Also, Nvidia drivers are miles ahead of AMD's...

So the second one it is. Hope this helps.

After a few more hours of searching I've managed to find an Acer laptop with an Intel I5 4210M cpu paired with the Nvidia GeForce 840M gpu. I was stearing the same way as you, thinking that the 840M would be the best choice. Funny thing is that this new laptop I found is even cheaper that the other two. Thanks again for your quick answer.
