Laptop Chrager Is Not Charging

My laptop charger isn't charging. The laptop says it is plugged in but it is not charging.

Is there any more information you can give us? That's not a lot to go on. What laptop is it? Are you using the original charger?

It sounds like either the laptop battery is bad, or the charger is bad. Is the charger maybe frayed? Did you drop it recently?

Hi, if the percentage of charging for the battery is over 95%, some laptop (Asus) will say "plug in, not charging". This is normal, when the percentage will drop below 95%, the laptop will charge the battery.
