Laptop coolers - which one is the best?

Hello, I need a laptop cooler, but I can't decide which one to buy. I'm buying it from a local store so the options may be limited (so give more than one option) and it shouldn't cost that much. I was thinking about the Cooler Master NotePal Ergostand 2 and the Cooler Master NotePal U3 but I can't decide which one to choose. Also, from the U3, is the Plus version of it better?

It has 3 fans and they are movable so you still get great airflow which wont depend on the size of your computer. They are both the same price as well.

They do have 3 movable fans, but the other one has one huge fan, and I've heard it has a better airflow.
Not only that, but the ErgoStand 2 has 3USB ports and more mini/micro usb too, while the u3 only has one.
