Bottom of my laptop heats a lot.Idle laptop temperatures are 54-61 degrees. I recently replaced stock thermal paste with coolermaster IC essential E2 in hope of improvement but still heating.
My Laptop is ASUS K55VM-SX086V.In gaming temperatures reach 70+.

Solution
thing is you cant expect much from a laptop in the cooling dept, that's a issue with them from day one - that's a lot of stuff running at full load and crammed in to a small tight confined space
With laptops, every few months you should turn it off and take it outside. Take a can of compressed air, and blast it into the vents and fan outlet. Dust tends to settle on the fan and internal heatsink, obstructing heat flow and causing higher temperatures.

If the laptop is several years old and you've never done this, you may need to open it up and remove the packed in dust by hand.
