Laptop Core i7 4500U to Core i7 4790k

hi...i have Dell Inspiron 5537 15R Latop with i7 4500u processor..can i upgrade it to 4790k...any help in this regard will be appreciated

No. 4790k is for desktop.
and anything with xxxxU mean it solder to the system board. no upgrade
