Is it possible to upgrade my HP Spectre 2016 CPU from i5 6200u to i7 7600u?
Microprocessor
Intel® Core™ i5-6200U (2.3 GHz, up to 2.8 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
Memory, standard
8 GB LPDDR3-1866 SDRAM (onboard)
Video graphics
Intel® HD Graphics 520
Although you haven't mentioned the SKU for your Spectre, the answer will be no since the processor is soldered on to the motherboard so in essence unless there is a replacement motherboard with a soldered on i7-7600u, there are no other options to upgrade your processor.
This video illustrates that the processor is soldered onto the board as is the ram.

About the only upgradeable laptops are the big gaming machines. Basically motherboards aren't standard either in laptops as there isn't a standard case like with desktops.
