Good day,

We received laptops from our client, not being able to pick up wireless networks:

Steps taken

■ Replace drivers
■Re-install Windows 7
■Use different drivers
■Swapped out Wi-Fi cards into the other laptop that works, WiFi card worked perfectly
■Checked antenna connection, plugged in, fitting snug
■Wireless card is enabled under BIOS too
■Tried hardware switches/keys on the laptop

I'm at wits end with these laptops, Device manager picks up the card but they won't pick up any wireless networks, is there any other steps I should take or send it to a repair company? Tried looking for hardware switches and found none, the hardware switch on the keyboard did nothing, the light on the front of the laptop didn't light up either, only briefly before POST. Laptop's are Lenovo B570e 's

Many thanks.

Solution
If the same thing happens on their network and yours, check the settings to see which channel the wireless adapter is set to receive. Change it to Roaming or to the precise channel your router is broadcasting over. If that works, before you have it back, check their router - it may be different.
